If you love spicy food, you are going to love this chatpati mirchi. It is going to enhance the flavor of our boring food as it is one of the best accompaniments. You can even enjoy it with bhature, or paratha or plain daal-rice. There are many ways of making chatpati mirchi, here is one of the easiest and quickest way ๐Ÿ˜Š





Ingredients โ€“
Green Chili โ€“ 15-20
Salt -as per taste
Hing -1 pinch
Mustard oil -2tsp
Dhania powder -1tsp
Amchur (Dry Mango powder)-1tsp
Chat Masala -1tsp
Roasted Jeera powder -2tsp
Saunf powder -1tsp
Lime juice -1tsp

Chatpati Hari Mirch โ€“

1-     Wash and dry the chilies completely. Slit it from one end making sure the edges are intact.
2-     Heat oil in pan/kadhai.Add hing.
3-     Add the slit green chili and fry for 2-3minutes.Now add all the masala (except lime juice) one by one and keep stirring in between.
4-     Let the chili cook for another2 minutes.
5-     Lastly add the lime juice, mix and switch off the flame.
6-     Chatpati and spicy hari mirch is ready.
7-     You can store it in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
