Tamatar ki chutney/Tomato chutney/Tamatar ki khatti meethi chutney

Khatti Meethi tomato chutney is a delicious instant tomato sauce with the hint of fennel seeds (saunf) and spice of red chili. The sourness of tomatoes and sweetness of sugar makes this chutney delectable, which goes really well with any paratha, poori, samosa, kachori. Enjoy the lovely condiment 😊 Ingredients – Red tomato - 5-7(500gm) Jeera-1/2tsp Saunf-1/2tsp Oil-1 ½ tsp Dry red chili 2 Kashmiri red chili powder -1/2tsp Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp Black salt-as per taste White salt-as per taste Sugar-3 tbsp Method – 1-       Boil the tomatoes with 1 glass of water for 5-7 minutes (till the tomatoes are soft) 2-       Let it cool, peel it off and make a fine puree of boiled tomatoes. Use small amount of water. 3-       Heat oil in kadhai/pan, add jeera, saunf and dry red chili. Let it splutter. 4-       Add the tomato puree and cook on medium flame. 5-       Add Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masa

Besan wali bhindi/Bhindi Masala/Besanwali bhindi

A masaledaar change from the usual bhindi ki sabji which will become all time favorite of your family. Enjoy with any paratha or roti of your choice. It also tastes good with daal chawal…enjoy 😊 Ingredients- Bhindi (washed and dried) -500gm Oil-3 tbsp Jeera-1/2 tsp Moti saunf -1/2 tsp Hing-1 pinch Ginger-garlic-chili paste-1 tsp Besan-2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder-1 tsp Haldi-1 tsp Dhania powder-1 tsp Garam masala powder-1 tsp Amchur-1 tsp Salt -as per taste Method- 1-Slit bhindi in between and cut in half. 2-Heat oil in kadhai, add jeera, saunf and hing. 3-Next add the besan and fry till the raw smell goes. 4-Add all the dry masala powder except amchur and salt. Fry for2 min. 5-Add bhindi to the masala, mix well. Add amchur powder and salt. 6-Cover and cook, open after every 2-3 minutes and stir to make sure it is not sticking to the kadhai. 7-Once the bhindi is done, keep the gas on medium flame and fry for 2-3 mi
