Parwal recipe; Parwal ki sabji(Pointed gourd)  is very simple yet mouth watering as it is seasonal vegetable and generally available during summers till monsoon. Parwal is easy to digest vegetable and is recommended for stomach ailments. This is one of the vegetables which can be cooked in various ways, even a mouth melting mithai can be made of it. Kalakand is a creamy, mouth melting sweet which has a soft and grainy texture and requires no special occasion for preparation. The flavor of cardamom powder/Rose water   gives it a heavenly taste and fragrance. Ingredients –  Full cream milk -1ltr. Powdered sugar -150gm Grated paneer -200 gm Green cardamom powder-2 tbsp Chopped pista & badam -2tbsp for garnish Ghee-1 tsp for greasing the pan Method – 1-      Boil the milk in thick bottomed pan till it reduces and is thick in texture. 2-      Add sugar powder, green cardamom powder and keep stirring till the milk thickens and reduces to 1/3rd. 3-      Add grated paneer and mix it well, keep stirring continuously till most of the moisture evaporates and solid mass remains. 4-      Grease an aluminum tray or any thali with ghee. 5-      Pour the mixture into the tray and level the surface. A masaledaar change from the usual bhindi ki sabji which will become all time favorite of your family. Enjoy with any paratha or roti of your choice. It also tastes good with daal chawal…enjoy 😊 Ingredients- Bhindi (washed and dried) -500gm Oil-3 tbsp Jeera-1/2 tsp Moti saunf -1/2 tsp Hing-1 pinch Ginger-garlic-chili paste-1 tsp Besan-2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder-1 tsp Haldi-1 tsp Dhania powder-1 tsp Garam masala powder-1 tsp Amchur-1 tsp Salt -as per taste Method- 1-Slit bhindi in between and cut in half. 2-Heat oil in kadhai, add jeera, saunf and hing. 3-Next add the besan and fry till the raw smell goes. 4-Add all the dry masala powder except amchur and salt. Fry for2 min. 5-Add bhindi to the masala, mix well. Add amchur powder and salt. 6-Cover and cook, open after every 2-3 minutes and stir to make sure it is not sticking to the kadhai. 7-Once the bhindi is done, keep the gas on medium flame and fry for 2-3 mi

Mixed Fruit Ice Cream Salsa is a refreshing and fruity dessert this season. Nuts and Dates gives the enhancement to the taste with the blend of ice cream..... dessert no one can resist . Ingredients- Mango sliced  - 1/2 cup Watermelon sliced - 1/2 cup Musk melon sliced  - 1/2 cup Apple slices - 1/2 cup Pear sliced - 1/2 cup Peach sliced - 2 Chopped almonds - 1tsp Chopped walnut - 2tbsp Chocolate syrup - 1tsp Vanilla Ice cream - 2 tbsp Strawberry Ice cream - 2tbsp Chocolate Icecream - 2tbsp Chopped seedless dates - 2tbsp Black salt- as per taste Lime juice - 1tsp Making 1- Mix all chopped fruits, walnut, dates, salt and lime juice in a large bowl. 2- Take a glass or mason jar, put a layer of mix fruits in the bottom, layer it up with vanilla ice-cream. 3- Make another layer of fruits, this time layer it up with strawberry ice cream. 4- Put another level of fruits and lastly top it up with chocolate ice cream. 5- Garnish it with some chocolate sauce a
