2 Way Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast with Chia seeds and Fruits


Let's give a good start to our mornings,a creamy, thick,full of fruits breakfast. The combination of oats, chia seeds,curd/milk makes it highly nutritious. Healthy and satisfying.





Overnight Oats-
Ingredients-

Rolled Oats -3/4 cup

Chia seeds-3 tbsp

Honey- 3 tsp

Almond halves- 6-7

Cinnamon powder-1 pinch

Choppy fruits-banana, apple, pomegranate seeds

Making the healthy meal-

1-Take oats in a big bowl, glass or mason jar.

2-Add chia seeds, honey and half of almond to it.

3-Add milk to it, mix and refrigerate overnight(needs 7-8 hrs. of soaking). Oats and chia needs to be completely soaked up.

4-In the morning or after 7-8hrs, add chopped fruits and nuts of your choice and enjoy the chilled healthy Oatmeal.

Instant oatmeal

Ingredients-

Rolled Oats -3/4 cup

Fruit juice-1/2 cup

Curd-3-4 tbsp

Almond halves- 6-7

Choppy fruits-banana, apple, pomegranate seeds

Making the instant oatmeal-

1-Take oats in a big bowl, glass or mason jar.

2-Add fruit juice to it and let it soak for 30 minutes.

3-When it is done, add curd and mix.

4- Lastly top up with chopped fruits and nuts of your choice and enjoy the instant Oatmeal
