Parwal recipe; Parwal ki sabji(Pointed gourd)  is very simple yet mouth watering as it is seasonal vegetable and generally available during summers till monsoon. Parwal is easy to digest vegetable and is recommended for stomach ailments. This is one of the vegetables which can be cooked in various ways, even a mouth melting mithai can be made of it. Enjoy the flavor  😊 Ingredients – Parwal/Potol -250 gm Potato (cut in cubes) -2 medium Onion (roughly blended)-1 big 1 small Tomato (paste) -1 medium Ginger-chili-garlic paste-2 tsp Jeera-1 tsp Hing -1/2 tsp Haldi -1tsp Dhania powder -1tsp Red chili powder -1tsp Garam masala powder -2tsp Salt -as per taste Mustard Oil -4tsp (Any oil can be used) Water -1 cup Method – 1-Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and fry the parwal till light golden. Corn fritters or Corn patties are having the perfect crunch and sweetness of sweet corn. This recipe can be easily altered; veg lovers can follow the recipe as is and if you love eggs, just replace the flour with all-purpose flour and eggs.
