Besan wali bhindi/Bhindi Masala/Besanwali bhindi
A masaledaar change from the usual bhindi ki sabji which will become all time favorite of your family. Enjoy with any paratha or roti of your choice. It also tastes good with daal chawal…enjoy ๐ Ingredients- Bhindi (washed and dried) -500gm Oil-3 tbsp Jeera-1/2 tsp Moti saunf -1/2 tsp Hing-1 pinch Ginger-garlic-chili paste-1 tsp Besan-2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder-1 tsp Haldi-1 tsp Dhania powder-1 tsp Garam masala powder-1 tsp Amchur-1 tsp Salt -as per taste Method- 1-Slit bhindi in between and cut in half. 2-Heat oil in kadhai, add jeera, saunf and hing. 3-Next add the besan and fry till the raw smell goes. 4-Add all the dry masala powder except amchur and salt. Fry for2 min. 5-Add bhindi to the masala, mix well.
